Originally from Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, I came to Oregon for school in 2002 and fell in love with Oregon. I had to go back home and help care for my grandmother. I always knew I would return to this beautiful state if I had another opportunity. This time, I brought my family! My husband, Michael, my classmate since the 3rd grade, and our son, Michael Junior, who prefers to be called Mikey or MJ. He’s in middle school and a carbon copy of me. Thank goodness they both love Oregon, too.

 

I've been working in the Medical Revenue Cycle department for the better part of 15 years. I realized I was passionate about interacting with our patients in the front office aspect of the medical field. As a Patient Care Coordinator here at Connect & Beyond Physical Therapy, I can communicate with patients about their care, ensuring they get the scheduled visits and insurance information, and able to answer questions and alleviate some of the stress they may be going through with their care.

 

It makes me happy knowing that I helped them and they leave our office happier than when they came in. It's been great!
