The Osteoporosis Education Program

We created a 4 visit program that includes education and yoga instruction. Our goal is to empower you to live well with this diagnosis and provide you with tools needed to make optimal choices.

You may want to choose 1 or 2 or all 4 of the sessions - whatever best fits your needs. The first session will help you discern which other sessions you may want to pursue. If you have needs after completing these 4 foundational sessions, we can customize additional sessions.

This is a self-pay education program not reimbursable by insurance. Each session is 1 hour, 1:1 with a PT,  at the rate of $150.
