Liz Finley, MSPT
Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Myofascial Specialist

PT. Liz Finley.jpg

My journey in Physical Therapy began as an injured All-American Swimmer in college, sparking my initial interest in sports medicine. Over time, I developed a passion for treating chronic pain and spinal injuries, finding great satisfaction in helping patients regain their pre-injury abilities.

I use a combination of gentle manual therapies and progressive exercises, working with the body’s natural healing mechanisms. My training includes Neural Manipulation, Dynamic Manual Interface (DMI), Visceral Mobilization, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Strain-Counter-Strain, Lymph Drainage, and Muscle Energy. These techniques use minimal force to achieve lasting changes, allowing the body to integrate and sustain improvements.

I am certified with Complete Concussion Management, employing evidence-based protocols that significantly reduce persistent concussion symptoms. I have experience treating Hypermobility
Spectrum Disorders, where I incorporate treatment for co-morbidities like POTS, MCAS, and dysautonomia. I am dedicated to supporting my patients' recovery with effective, personalized treatments that enhance long-term wellness and quality of life.

I like to get out of the city and explore our amazing world with my husband in my free time. We enjoy traveling, kayaking, hiking, and camping. I am always happiest when near water, and my
husband loves the mountains, so we have plenty of options to explore in the Pacific Northwest!
