Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Athletic Training from Indiana University and received her certificate in Athletic Training from the National Association of Athletic Trainers in 1993.  She received her Master of Science Physical Therapy degree from the University of Miami in 1996. 

 

Andrea has worked in different settings, from outpatient orthopedic clinics to inpatient subacute rehabilitation facilities treating patients with acute brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes and cardiopulmonary disorders.  Her orthopedic background has been working with collegiate athletes, weekend warriors and the general population using an eclectic approach, with manual therapy techniques, functional movement patterns and mobility and focusing on core stability and strength.  

 

Andrea enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and three children.  She enjoys watching her children play various sports, downhill skiing as a family, exercising at the gym with her husband and sons, gardening, canning and reading.
